This is the 2nd time this has happened. I order Cali Gold Box frequently and you send me Electric Lemonade. This time the box says Cali Gold as you can see from the pic. Inside were (10) Electric Lemonade. I have already sent in a ticket to support. I really wish you guys could get it together in your shipping/fulfillment dept. It takes forever for someone to respond. It's very discouraging and the Electric Lemonade is not nearly as potent. I use this to manage my severe chemotherapy symptoms.
Update: Someone contacted me today regarding the shipping error. Will wait and see what solution is provided. I really appreciate the quick response!
Good Sativa - HOWEVER!!!
I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of timely communication. I ordered a box of 10 Cali Gold Box prerolls and received a different product. It has been 8 days since delivery and I emailed immediately after discovering THEIR mistake. Sent 4 emails and have not gotten a response. I am a late stage cancer patient and rely on a strong indica to manage my symptoms. I have been going without my medicine waiting to see how this is going to made right!!!
I'd like to amend my review. Trinity is a stand up company. I love the products but have experienced getting the wrong items ordered. They have responded quickly and provided resolutions every time. I am confident they will get the problem sorted out quickly. Mistakes happen but when a company is willing to make things right it needs to be stated. I truly appreciate the admin staff at Trinity!
